Shipping Policy

Temporary Shipping Update (2025.08.17); Due to uncertainties surrounding U.S. tariffs, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States until further notice.

Shipping Canada & USA

  • FREE standard delivery on orders over $99
  • Orders under $50 → standard flat rate of $9.99
  • Orders of $50 to 98.99 → standard flat rate of 14.99 

All parcels are sent via standard Canada Post or UPS tracked unless you upgraded your shipping method to express at the checkout. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. We do not split shipments unless arranged separately.

Custom Fees & Duties

USA Orders; packages may also be subject to custom fees and or duties, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. We do not accept returns on packages returned to sender because the customer refused to pay the customs.

Processing time

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-5 business days to be fully processed & you will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order has been shipped.

Please note that once your order leaves our studio, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.

Parcel Theft

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. 

Returned to Sender

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery. If there is postal fees that needs to be paid upon reception of a parcel that is returned to sender, Studio Akiyo won't accept these fees and therefore will refuse to get the parcel back.
