OUR STORY
Studio Akiyo was established in 2022 by Chloe, after she felt the need to turn her home into her very own sanctuary to rest and recharge. Being ADHD and living with the constant overstimulation of life, she needed colors that could help soothe her mood while finding scents that wouldn't trigger her sensitivity to smells due to the release of harmful chemicals.
However, she quickly realized the lack of sustainable options for handcrafted home fragrances & homewares that inspires moment of rest and tranquility, with soft smells and colors. Motivated by this realization, she decided to embark on the journey of helping others have more peace into their life.
Studio Akiyo was born with the primary objective of expert craftmanship, because everyone deserve a safe place to recharge and recover from all the stimulation of the hectic world.

Handcrafted locally in Edmonton, our creations are all individually made in a slow, thoughtful process with the intention to reuse, recycle and restore. With your safety in mind, we pride ourselves on sourcing clean and natural ingredients so you can feel safe in your home.
