This box contains everything you need to create 1 scented candle
• Instructions in both English and French
• 1 Bag of Natural Soy Wax Pastilles
• 1 Wood Wick (FCS-certified)
• 1 Wick sticker and metal base
• 1 Handmade jar + matching lid
• 1 Fragrance Oil

4oz   | 20 to 25 hours burn time

You will need a pot, a bowl & a thermometer.

CANDLE MAKING SAFETY NOTES: Use this kit at your own risk. Never leave molten wax unattended. Never heat wax on direct heat. Don’t pour molten wax down the drain. Make sure to use a thermometer to monitor wax temperature at all times.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery. If there is postal fees that needs to be paid upon reception of a parcel that is returned to sender, Studio Akiyo won't accept these fees and therefore will refuse to get the parcel back.

Returns

We offer a 14 days return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible, the products must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging. The materials required to ensure it is packaged securely and the shipping cost are at the customer charge. Customer must also provide a tracking number. To make your return request, please send an email at info@studioakiyo.ca

Once we receive and inspect the order to confirm its eligibility, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you previously choose at the checkout and an email confirmation will be sent.

Exceptions; Sales, promotions, items marked as 'limited edition', DIY Kits and tealight samples will not be eligible for returns.
